By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
If you hire Angel’s Cleanup for dumpster rental, property cleanup, hauling, yard cleanup, tractor work, cleaning, junk or debris removal, or other services, additional estimates, invoices, rental terms, service agreements, or other written agreements may apply. Those agreements will control the specific services you purchase. These website Terms primarily govern your use of the Site and communications initiated through it.

Submitting a website form, requesting an estimate, calling us, emailing us, or exchanging messages with us does not by itself create a binding service agreement.
Pricing and project requirements may vary depending on factors including the size and scope of the job, type and quantity of materials, disposal fees, equipment requirements, property accessibility, labor needs, project location, weight, environmental conditions, and other circumstances.
An estimate may be revised if the actual project differs materially from the information provided when the estimate was prepared.
Final pricing and terms for a particular project will be established through the applicable estimate, invoice, rental agreement, service agreement, or other communication between you and Angel’s Cleanup.

Restricted materials may include hazardous waste, chemicals, paints, solvents, oils, fuels, batteries, asbestos-containing materials, certain electronics, pressurized containers, medical waste, tires, appliances containing refrigerants, and other materials regulated by law or by disposal facilities.
Restrictions can vary depending on the type of dumpster, disposal facility, project, and applicable laws.
If you are unsure whether an item or material is permitted, contact Angel’s Cleanup before placing it in a dumpster.
Customers may be responsible for additional disposal charges, fines, handling costs, cleanup expenses, or other costs resulting from prohibited materials, excessive weight, overfilled dumpsters, or materials that differ substantially from those disclosed when the rental was arranged, subject to the terms of the applicable rental agreement or estimate.

Some Angel’s Cleanup services require access to driveways, yards, job sites, buildings, rental properties, or other areas of private property.
When requesting service, you represent that you have permission to authorize our access to the property and to request the removal, movement, disposal, cleanup, or handling of the items or materials involved.
You are responsible for informing us about relevant property conditions that may affect service, including limited access, underground utilities, septic systems, soft ground, low branches, gates, weight restrictions, unstable surfaces, hazardous conditions, or other conditions that may not be readily visible.
Specific responsibilities relating to property access, dumpster placement, equipment operation, or project conditions may also be addressed in your service agreement, estimate, or rental terms.
